    ve had a mojang account which i migrated when needed to microsoft and have been using it fine. now all of a sudden ive been logged out and cannot gain access any more and now you want me to buy the game again. where has my account gone and why

    If your Mojang account has been migrated to Microsoft, you do not need to purchase the game again. If you are being prompted to do so, it is either because the migration process did not complete correctly or, more likely, you are logged into a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration.

    What to do:

    1. Check which Microsoft account you are logged into:

    Make sure you are using the same Microsoft account that was used to migrate your Mojang account. If you do not remember which one it is, contact Microsoft support to retrieve the email address you used for the migration.

    2. Check if the migration was completed:

    Access your Mojang account profile on the Mojang website and check if the migration was completed. If not, try starting the migration process again.

    3. Contact Mojang Support:

    If the issue persists, contact Mojang Support via the Mojang Support website, providing your purchase receipt and explaining the situation.

    4. Check Microsoft accounts:

    Ok so the Microsoft account i'm attemping to use is the same one I used when I first made my xbox account. But now it just tells me to make a new one. I'm 100% sure its the right email
