Account Issues

I've always thought my reward ranking was way low and I hardly ever got points although I do everything digital. My friend buys about the same amount of games and nothing else and hes 2 stars above me. Today I got an email with my statement for Dec and it
had a flag that says "There seems to be an issue with your account please reach out to our support forum team"

Please let me know what the issue is and maybe look to see why my rank and or point lifetime is so low?

Account region issue

I just got a used XBOX 360.
I live in Cyprus, where XBOX Live is not supported, so i decided to choose UK as my country (did the same with PSN). I was planning on topping up my account with pre-paid cards.
I managed signing up for XBOX Live trial and i also purchased 4 codes for Gears of War games from ebay. I managed redeeming the first one (using a VPN on my PC) and initiated the download on my console, i left it downloading and went to sleep.

Today, i couldnt find the game in my games list. I went through the purchase history, the game was there, but the Play option just redirected me to the "My games" section. So, i decided to download it again, assuming download was interrupted somehow. And around 80% download stopped and i didnt see any error message (i might have missed it). Weird Xbox Live Account issue?

It been strange it only happened on video marketplace, fine under games?

We see that your Credits are accurate. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY

as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

However, regarding your deposit, we can confirm that there is a new issue with your account that is preventing your deposit that occurred with the most recent deposit cycle. We have reached out to our payment operations team to identify why this occurred,
but at this current point in time do not have a definite resolution time for this issue. Also, you may see this deposit appear as successfully deposited on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
but we can confirm that this is not true. We apologize for the inconvenience. Once we receive an update from our other team, we will let you know on this thread.
