    3rd attempt, was told to try again from Twitter. It's me TF ThommyGunn, that's my account. There's nothing wrong with my billing info n all my rewards have been heldoing all year it seems. Please tell me what I need to do. Thx

    Hello TF ThommyGunn,

    As mentioned in our previous post at (Release my rewards points please. 2nd post), this deposit is failing due to an error in our database.
    Unfortunately, there is nothing that we or you can do until we receive further instruction from the other team who are working on this issue. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

    As mentioned in our previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/951698d8-e05d-473a-bb74-298676702736), this deposit is failing due to an error in our database.

    you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

    anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.

    So, unfortunately, subscriptions you only can purchase via credit card or paypal account. There's a 3rd option, if you have sufficient reward points, you could redeem it via reward points.
