Account is up-to-date but not receiving reward.

Discus and support Account is up-to-date but not receiving reward. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So I seem to be one of the lucky few with the deposit not working do to my account not being up-to-date.     rewards not being deposited despite correct billing info.

    Hi,

    I haven't been receiving my reward credits for the past year, all my billing info is correct and up to date as far as I know, can anyone help?

    Hi,

    In need of someones help

    I'm just wondering if there is a reason why I'm not receiving reward points for my purchases and activity on xbox live. I believe I have correctly set up my account, but 0 reward points says otherwise.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
    database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for
    your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Not receiving reward credit

    Hello akheey,

    You registered as a US region Rewards member. Therefore, we are only tracking and Rewarding purchases made in USD. Since your purchases were made in a different regional currency, they were not eligible for Rewards.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account to Reward your Microsoft Account regional currency, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    If your join by date still shows "???", and not a recent registration date, then your account has not yet been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old
    account to your new one.

    Since your purchases were made in Euro, and you registered as a Great Britain Rewards member, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made with your registered regional currency.

    As you suspected, this is the reason why your purchases have not been Rewarded, and will cause a deposit failure. We see that you currently have the same Rewards Account, and have not opted out. If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft

    You can see that you still have your old account since your join by date is not a recent 2016 date, but your old join by date. Once you have a completely new account, just open up a new post and request a transfer of pending Credits. We will verify that
    your regions are matching and then perform the move at that time.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

    The Credits are pending in your account as of yesterday.
