Account Is Not Reflecting Any Xbox Rewards Points

You have posted this in the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. You will want to re-post your topic, but change the Forum Type to "Support".

Once you do that, the staff will review your account and reply to you. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

Like I said, maybe try a different browser or computer, or try your cell phone. And if the rewards points transfer was recent, they can take up to 3 or 5 days sometimes to reflect on your account.

Our Rewards system will track any gamertag changes made on your account, although your new Gamertag may take time to be properly reflected on your Rewards page.

I logged into the Xbox LIVE Rewards website and my points balance seems wrong. What should I do?

A. First, remember that these are Rewards Points that have been earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards. This total does not include any Microsoft Points that have been purchased under your Xbox LIVE account. Don't worry, you can spend Reward Points just like the
rest of your Microsoft Points.

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account twice per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
Rewards Points Awarded. Rewards Points do show in your
Microsoft Billing Points activity area along with points you've purchased or redeemed. You can look for your deposits there as well.
