account is not permitted to download content with these rating

hi, I've just created an xbox live account and it's adult

but when i try to download PES 2015, it says "this account is not permitted to download content with these rating"

how can i fix it.

downloading demos

I am trying to download a saints row 4 demo and it says "this account is not permitted to download content with this rating." I've made everything accessible with the highest content ratings in my family settings but it doesnt help. What can I do?

 

I can't download bf4 or any R rated games.

It says "this account is not permitted to download content with this rating" even thought I put the settings to adult.

 

A demo ? If so then if your account is really a child account and you only set permissions to adult it won't help as your account must be an adult account to download it as per international laws on demos and trailers and advertising

i thought that problime was with my old profile so i created a new one but still.

 

Goto account management and if you see promote child account to adult then do so
