"Account is not allowed on Xbox Live"

Hey!

I tried to go Online and I keep getting; "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live". What gives?

My username on XBL is 'Im Mr Somebody'. I first thought it was because my Xbox Live Gold membership had expired. So I renewed it and I keep getting this error/notice when trying to go Online. I also tried to reboot the console (Xbox One X, rebooted twice),
but I'm still getting this message.

Is there a problem with Xbox Live or is something up with my account?

I've not cheated nor said anything negative to anyone (can't really talk to people because of my terrible socialphobia).

I also want to add that according to enforcement.xbox my account is in the clear/green, with the text: "Congratulations! You have no remarks." (It may say something else in english, I have it in swedish).
So what is up?

* Not banned.

* Have not cheated/said anything negative.

* Have an active Gold membership.

* This account is the only account on the console and is not restricted in any way.

So why is this account "not allowed"? Any help is much appreciated

P.S I'm very sorry if this get posted in the wrong section or something like that.

Unfortunately it looks like something did go wrong. The 30 day trial will show you as being a gold member on the forums and you're not showing as gold. There have been issues with people getting gold subscriptions the past few days so that could have something
to do with it.

Hi Michael,

Removing your profile and re-adding it allows your profile data to be re-synced from the Xbox Live servers. Generally
it's a good thing to try anytime you are having account issues on the Xbox.

A
powercyle is the term used when you need to turn a device off and then on to reinitialize the device's basic system procedures in the event of a crash or glitch. In the case of the Xbox, you just hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds
until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

If it's been that long I'd suggest double checking your account to make sure it does show the subscription at http://commerce.microsoft.com

We are having this same problem but have changed nothing! We have xbox gold and one of my kids can use it and the other cannot join parties, send messages or play any multiplayer. Save me before my kid goes insane, please!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi!

I'm sorry for sounding so new to all of this, but how do I remove my profile? And will this delete any game data, (save files and such)?

And what does "power cycling" mean? Does this mean reboot or turn the console off/on?

Once again, I'm sorry for sounding like the biggest newbie, as well sorry for the late reply.
