Account is just gone or hacked.

Whenever I try to login to my xbox account it just prompts me to make a new one. I know the email and password i've used are 100% correct since i've checked emails from xbox that were sent to the email. I wanted to know if theirs a way to contact support and get my account back I have a ton of proof such as credit cards used on the account and emails I could even answer security questions.

Ok so the Microsoft account i'm attemping to use is the same one I used when I first made my xbox account. But now it just tells me to make a new one. I'm 100% sure its the right email

I have access to the Microsoft account its the xbox account that I don't have access too it just prompts me to make a new xbox account

Your Microsoft account and Xbox profile are both accessed using your Microsoft account details. If you have access to one, you have access to the other.

If it's prompting you to make a new Xbox profile, you may be signing into the incorrect Microsoft account. Please check this.
