    Account information changed


    My account has been compramised, and the way the hacker has done this is by accessing my microsoft account, adding theirselves to my security info then removing myself. Microsoft support, over the course of a month and a half ongoing, have not been able to assist me at all. I am now asking the community what I can do at this point, because honestly, this situation is absurd and should have been resolved long ago.

    Please help somebody, i want to stop worrying about this and i'm sure the support team wants to stop dealing with me

    The message above in the image you have provided is about some update you have done to the account details, I don't think that has anything to do with the account auto renewal system, if you have trouble switching off the auto renewal feature however, you
    might have to request a call for support from the contact links provided in the post above.

    In that case I'd recommend calling Xbox Support and asking them to do it from their end.
