    Just signed into Xbox Live Rewards and it says down at the bottom that my email is out of date. I checked, and my email that is listed is the correct one. It told me to make a post on the support forum is my information is correct.

    Hey man, if you want official support on these matters, you should contact xbox support. Xbox.com/support is not necessarily a live team that can respond to changing error codes. Have you tried clearing the cache? That's a pretty simple fix for these type
    of issues. Select your hard drive with Y and select clear system cache when you get prompted with different device options. Also man, if you're getting this issue at sign in, and you are able to sign in at xbox.com or account.live, then its likely that your
    account may be blocked. Good luck in this man, try these steps and if it doesn't work, I gots some other stuff we can try.
