Account Info STILL needs updating!!

your billable account information is not being properly communicated to our deposit process, which is causing the deposit to fail when it cannot determine which billable account to deposit into. At this point in time, we have still not received a resolution
from the other team currently working on this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing. In the meanwhile, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account.

Unfortunately, we have not received a fix for the error described on your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2d7dfcea-d9eb-4373-9f97-27f192b96d96).
We need the assistance of this payment operations team because we do not have full access to the billing account database that this error is occurring on. When we query this database for information on the billable account you would like your deposit in, this
database either returns nothing, or multiple billable accounts. Since we need to know the specific billable account you are intending to receive your deposit into, we abort the process rather than risk placing your deposit into a mystery account that may not
even exist. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing.

I tried again on the console and it started downloading, thank you for your help kind sir

I understand that for Borderlands, but why the other game? The service let me download a more explicit game before, why not a slightly childs game? (The other game was Alice Madness Returns)

If your age is under 17 in your account settings then it doesn't matter if you're an "Adult" or not. There are two ways to fix this.

1. Wait till you're 17

2. Create a new account.
