    Account info figured out gamerscore added in cruel joke please help :/


    One of my so called "friends" figure out my account info and added the game mortal kombat. They obtain achievement like their cruel joke intended and now I am stuck with 1 out of 50 on my card :/ I take pride in my completion percentage. Please can someone
    anyone. Help me delete the 1 out of 50. Its jut a bummer I work so hard and have it just stomp on. I don't want to quit playing video games but whats the point if I am taken advantage of :/ I don't have the time to buy and play the game to get as many as i

    I am so fed up with xbox support

    So here is a cruel joke I got from microsoft.

    I received my controller today. What's the cruel joke? I sent in and selected for the service request order a "xbox one day one controller". What am I looking at? A standard xbox one controller.

    It's not possible to modify the gamer score, even for Microsoft. This is also not Microsoft's fault, pick better friends if you're that obsessively concerned about your "completion percentage" but to be frank it doesn't seem like you have 100% completion
    on the vast majority of your games.

    The PET can reset your GS to 0 if you've been caught cheating. But then you would never be able to re-earn those other achievements back.

    I would recommend changing your sign in info and be very careful about what you post or who you give info to in the future.

    The PET can reset your GS to 0 if you've been caught cheating. But then you would never be able to re-earn those other achievements back.
