Account inaccessible

Hello,

I am having an issue with accessing my Xbox Live Rewards account. For the entire month of November, whenever I visited the Xbox Live Rewards site and attempted to do any of the on-site Rewards related missions (i.e. take the monthly survey), the site shows
that I am not logged in with my Rewards account. The primary problem is I cannot log in to my account, as the sign in link in the upper right corner of the page is not interactive. I can use my mouse to click on other links on the page, but where the sign
in link is supposed to be, it only has the words "sign in," without a link to click on. Thank you for your time and help.

Thanks for the help! It worked. One last question though, when he gets his system back, will we have to do these steps again?

Hey there Dragon! It's possible. I would try just downloading the profile and signing in normally first, then if it gives him the error, try those steps again. =)

We were unable to reproduce this error. This is likely a user connectivity issue. You may wish to attempt clearing your browser's cache. We can adjust the November survey Credits to your account, but in the meanwhile, to help get our web team started on
diagnosing why this occurred, can you recall what web browser you were using at the time of this issue?

 

I am using Google Chrome.

 

I have cleared my browser's cache and am still experiencing the issue.

 

Still am unable to sign in to account using Google Chrome on my computer. Tried using a different computer, was able to sign in on that computer using Internet Explorer, as well as using Google Chrome.
