I recently buy a new xbox and I wanted to put my account in primary but I already used all my switches this year because I shared it with friends . I wanted to know if it was possible to have one more before the 18th december so now I can share my games
with my wife

Could I have done that with my wife's offline account today? Instead of making her Gold? Lol

 

Family account

No way to transfer unfortunately, so they will have to start over. Keep in mind that in Marvel you are allowed 4 separate save files and therefore they can keep playing on your account with out interring. For all other games they can then use their own account.

Unfortunately, you are only allowed to change/set your home Xbox 5 times in a year. It is a rolling year so the date of the first time you set an Xbox as home is when it will come off as one of the times you've used one year from that date. There is more

Additionally, you shouldn't be sharing your account or setting your friend's Xbox as your home one for a number of reasons, the best practice is to set your most frequently used Xbox as your home console and then signing in to other ones with your account
when you want to share/play your games on them.

As Smuroh mentioned, you can try Xbox Support to see if they'll make an exception but in a case like this you may just have to wait until one of your changes has hit the year mark.
