Account ic communication suspended

No one here can tell you as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

You were sent an email to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

A coms ban should have no impact on your ability to play games, only being able to send messages, party chat, etc. If you're not able to play games at all, there would be something else going on. Does it show that you only have a communications ban on the
enforcement page?

the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a case review. They can be reached at their website,

Xbox Enforcement Team. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. Unfortunately if a review is not available, all you can do is wait it out.
