Account hijacked and email address changed

My Microsoft account got hijacked they changed the e-mail now I can not got it back I folowed inctraction from a simular poste but got the "get community help" optoin and not "Chat with a support agent in a web browser" help!!!

Regrettably, once the email has been changed, we can no longer able to use the online form regarding Account compromised. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

Just change the email address on xbox account 2 to some free email address and once that is done change the email address on Account 1 to the address that was on account 2.

Accounts cannot be merged. You would need to change the email address of account 2 to a 3rd email address to free up Account 2s email address. Then you can change the email address of account 1 to the email address previously used on account 2.

I don't mean to hijack, but why don't I get emails with codes like this? Is this something that Canadians don't get? I keep hearing about people getting stuff via email, and I have never gotten anything. My profile has the same email address it has always
had and has never changed.

Thank you is it possible to change the email address associated with the account? For example- the account is with my email address. Could i change it to my childs email address? Then create another account with my email address and add his account
to the family?
