    Account Help!


    When I first got Xbox Live I created an account and GamerTag with a hotmail email address that no longer exists. I just created a new account with Xbox and was wondering if there was anyway to get the purchases from my previous account moved to my new account?
    Any help from someone would be greatly appreciated!

    Account Help!

    Do you remember the password for the Hotmail account?

    if so it is still a good email it would be the same password that you would use say if you were trying to sign into the account on your xbox console.

    to check the Hotmail email you would go to outlook.com and sign in with the Hotmail email and password associated with that account.

    if you do not remember the password you can try and recover the Hotmail account at account.live.com/acsr

    then you can sign into the account at account.live.com/addassocid and change the email address associated with that Microsoft account.

    Now to answer your question NO you can not transfer purchases made on one account to another account.

    but you can recover your old account and change the email used for signing into that account. by following the directions above

    Hi,

    No one will be able to help for this here, your friend must connect to the Enforcement site and raise a case review if he is eligible.

    And by the way as he is responsible for his account, it doesn't matter if someone else was able to use it, the suspension will probably not be lifted.

    An account suspension would not suspend any other accounts on the console, but a console ban would. Console bans would not be listed on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. You can try contacting support
    to see if they can check for a ban and to find out how long it is. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
