Goodnight everyone. I am a user of the xbox one and for some time a guy with the username byRIcaRDOMG117 named Ricardo Marcial has been bothering me with the chat. I do
not pay attention to him but sometimes from my account he has sent a message to my friends, friends and followers saying very unpleasant things. Today with my account he was sending messages and he keeps sending me messages. I have changed the passwords several
times but this does not change and I want to report it and have someone help me.

people don't need to change email address when compromised, they need to change password and make sure they have proper security... that includes not using passwords on more than one service, if one service is compromised all those details are sold.

Someone in another country will pop up with it, even if it takes years to happen. My skype password took approximately 4 years from compromise to have someone log in and use it.

This app makes you click approve when logging into websites, and it's instant once you click "accept" the website will load in normal.

Any devices that don't work with the app like xbox 360 will have you go to website once to create a password (it will generate a password that isn't easy) and you use that on those devices to login with your normal user name.

Last year almost 1 billion got paid out. That was a huge jump from 2015 where only 32 million was paid out. With a jump like that Im sure it will grow even more.

You will need to submit a report through your console on the user. Calling them out in the forums is against forum policy.

If you haven't done so yet, I would reach out to phone support and open an unauthorized account access ticket so they can look into what is going on. Especially if messages are being sent out from your account that you did not send that are against the code
of conduct. You can go

Another thing you can do besides just changing the password - set up
two-factor authentication on your account so it is more difficult for someone to get into your account.
