Account hacked, Xbox support has helped with nothing.

Hello,

My name is ethan, and my Xbox account was botted and hacked in the last few days, the first day I talked with Microsoft support the woman was very helpful and help me set up a form to be sent to recover my account and guides me through it. I received an email today saying I provided insufficient info and basically 0 proof I own the account. Even though I told them my card information and what I used my card to purchase on that specific account, then I even provided emails of all my information being changed all in literally 20 minutes.

I then figured out that my accounts gamertag is being sold on Instagram and again I even provided screenshots along with that, my gamertag I don’t even think is on my account anymore, my whole account that I had is gone, of course I can’t issue out info of my account that the person changed because I don’t know it, but I don’t see how Xbox can’t pull up my card and the purchases that account has made to prove this? Or that I would show emails of all my info getting changed for nothing?!! I need help please, no one in Xbox support is helping 2 representatives just hung up abruptly on me, I can’t just sit here when my literally account is gone and so is my gamertag and ITS BEING SOLD FOR MONEY ON INSTAGRAM

I appreciate the response but like I’ve said, there isn’t any Xbox support agents that have helped me, is there any way I can talk to someone directly about it, I’m not getting any help and the account recovery team I can only talk to through email, and they take at least a day or 2 to respond
