    Account hacked, with a twist.


    My account has been hacked, but with the following conditions:

    - The account was permanently locked. I'm trying to appeal it right now as of writing this message
    - TSV has been activated

    - I KNOW the security info

    - I know the password and the email

    - Things like forgot password, recovery form, etc., will not work because of TSV being activated

    - I have the "hacker's" contact, so when I need a code, they'll send it to me (because they're dumb)

    With all this said, if I could appeal the account (which I've been trying for days), I can go to the account control panel, change everything and kick their device out. But, the appeal form is not working. Is there any other alternatives?

    Hi Kreasla! I am sorry to hear about what happened.

    Due to Microsoft account's security and privacy, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts using their online recovery tools. I am afraid that our best option here to apply for an appeal since it's currently locked.

    To confirm, is this the form where you applied for an appeal?

    Friend gave me a lvl 50 version, funny enough you can get it off the named drifter that you have to use 94 Eridium for and etc, or atleast by what he said thats what he got it from.
