Account hacked, they changed the phone number on the account, and my primary email on the...

the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??

You cannot transfer items from an account to a different account but you can add an email and even make that email the primary on your current account.

You can log in to the account and add another email address or phone number and then make that the primary contact info and then change the password that way.

You should be able to, under Account Setting, change your primary email, unless the email you use is a Hotmail account. You should then be able to have the confirmation code sent to the new email. Additionally, you should also be able to add a phone number
to your account, and it should let you send the code to that phone number is you wish.
