Discus and support Account hacked/stolen I need help in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I don't understand why no one helps with the accounts that have been stolen, this happened to me yesterday and I haven't been able to get anything...     I don't understand why no one helps with the accounts that have been stolen, this happened to me yesterday and I haven't been able to get anything related. It seems that Microsoft doesn't care about its users. I need urgent help.



    Maybe someone would be so kind as to give me some information about it and stop being so ignorant. They look like a bunch of Bots that always say the same thing.

    I am very sorry that you are going through this problem, I also went through something similar to a couple of months ago and the only solution or option you can have at this time is the recovery form that I will leave you below, there you will have to fill out some information that is required of you. to verify that you are the owner of the account.

    Now, regarding Microsoft's security, I wanted to mention that they always advise users to activate two-step verification (MFA) to provide greater security to the accounts and so that these types of cases do not happen again.     Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

    I'd be careful. You don't need your information stolen. CC and what not. Nobody hacks accounts to "do nice things"
