You will need to contact Microsoft Xbox support as they have the tools to escalate your case to the Account Escalation Team for an account recovery.

They mentioned that the only option to recover the hacked account is to submit an escalation case for account recovery just like what was recently processed on your account. But this time you will really need to provide enough information about the account. If you forgot the information about the account, you will really need to contact the person that changed your information and talk to that person.

Other than the escalation for account recovery, there is no other option to recover the account.

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

Make sure that the code is activated by the store where it was bought from. Codes need to be activated by the retail store to prevent code theft.

The code should also be compatible with your Xbox account region.

If you have the proof of purchase, contact Xbox chat or phone support so they can have it escalated to T3. They will need a copy of the code proof of purchase and a picture of the code too. It should be 25 characters.
