    Account Hacked — Primary Alias Changed and Recovery Ignored


    Hi,

    My Microsoft account was hacked. The attacker changed the primary alias. I submitted a full account recovery form and provided supporting documents, including the receipt from a Microsoft purchase and the email showing the alias change.

    Microsoft support said I would get a response in 5 days. It’s been longer, and I’ve received nothing. I am now locked out of my own account, and the recovery form says the email no longer exists.

    Please escalate this to an account recovery agent. I can verify any information needed.

    Thanks but I already got into touch with some support agents and it's in into queue for the escalation process now. But yes your links did help to get help from Microsoft. Thank you very much. Now I am just hoping to get my account back

    Nope, Microsoft doesn't care about it at all. They just showed me a big fat L and said: "hahaha no we can't do that because we are a multi-billion dollar company and we don't care about your problems so if you wanna play the game buy it again." So I bought the games anyway again. Thankfully, the minigames I played in Minecraft had a co-op with my friend who helped me get my previous items back. But almost all my friends are lost where I played the minigame because I ain't able to contact them
