You can access your account from different web browsers and confirm that the number no longer exists. If it still shows, remove it again. If not, try contact Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com for further assistance.

You need to either remember that old password, or reset it by clicking "Forgot your password" on the Microsoft Account sign in webpage. There is no excuse for forgetting that information. As the account user it is no one's responsibility but YOUR'S to keep
track of and/or update any relevant password or e-mail used for your account. Tough lesson learned.

The thing is the launcher is auto sign in by intself even after i reset my pc and the launcher so it might be using the old pssword and make it confuse but idk how to re-enter my password if it keeps automatically insert it

You will need to try to change the password for the account, sign in to the Microsoft website on it and change the alternative email or phone number for the account then. Until you do it, the hacker will keep changing your account password.

It is not my first time sighting in I signed in on my old Samsung but the phone broke I’ve reset my phone deleted and trued it again but it hasn’t worked
