    Account hacked, email/password changed/ would like to recover


    Was in a discord server and was asked to verify. All they needed was an IGN and email. After they had a request code shown. As I had been ratted before I didnt use the proper microsoft email, but rather one of my 5 random accounts. Anyways, entire email was change and I know of the ailias he changed the email to. I cannot reset password, nor sign into the account in any form.

    There are two possible explanations:

    1. You information just isn't valid.

    2. Someone hacked your account, by recovering it and changing the email password.

    go on your email and change the password, then recover the account

    this blocks access to the account as you need to enter the new password,

    after you do that file a complaint against the person you say hacked you

    Have you checked for an alternate email on hotmail? They could of added there own email to your account. All they would have to do is go to recover lost password and have it sent to the added email, change the password and re-recover your account.
