Account Hacked/Email dosen't exist

I'm pretty sure my account was hacked and no matter what I do nothing helped. I've tried the recovery forms with no luck it says my account doesn't exist which I'm confused by since I still get emails from Xbox from the account. After chatting with the Web chat agent it helped my figure out somethings but didn't really help either. I've also tried contacting support multiply times with the same outcome. However I do have proof that I owned the account (such as emails and credit card info). Anyone know if there's is anyway at all to recover it if so please let me know. (I forgot to respond last time so I had to make another question)

im sorry for you but i have the same you must go to the xbox support center and you must go to vritual agent and tell him ''I need to speak to a real agent'' and then you select issue with account and then you enter your phone number to the agent and they will call you next 5minutes you also need 1 more empty microsoft account so they can give you all the things from old account to the new

Its been months now and i still can't promote it. Im 19 now and it just fails. Only reason i can't do the parental email anymore is because it dosen't exist.
