Account hacked, email changed so recovery form doesn't work

Hello, my other account was hacked about 10 days ago (it was an important account that I had made purchases on, and I've confirmed that it was hacked because my Minecraft username was changed), I've been trying different support options on and off since then with no luck. Basically, I used my email address as my screen name to sign in, and never thought much of it. Then suddenly, I couldn't sign in and when trying to change the password, it said that email I've been using is not associated with an account. Every time I try contacting support they simply say they can't find my account, but how can this be? If you use an email account to sign in, surely there's some record of accounts associated with that email in the past?

What can I do to recover my account? I'm not even sure how it was hacked since I don't use my email or Microsoft password for anything else, and my email account has no suspicious activity (I changed all my passwords since to be safe though).

I tried using the 'account recovery form' however it asks for the email of the account but since it was hacked and the email was changed I dont know the email.

Yesterday I was hacked and when I tried to recover I used my email, but the hacker removed it so Microsoft said it doesn't exist. I used the hacker's email and used the correct information in the recovery form but it says unsuccessful and cant confirm I own the account. is there anything else I can do? The hacker probably changed everything related to the recovery form so I can't do anything about it. (btw the email of the hacker ends with rambler.ru)

I already tried the recovery form. Unfortunately, they changed the email account connected to my Xbox account so I can't progress on the recovery form.
