Account hacked, email and password changed.

Hello, I am Tomas. I am having trouble recovering my hacked account, I contacted support twice: one of them just redirected me to the recovery form and the other one submitted my case to escalated microsoft support apparently. I was told that I would be updated every 24-72 hours, but 72 hours have passed and I wasn't updated once. I have quite a lot of info but when I fill in the recovery form it asks weird questions like skype friend names and etc. Which is not possible to remember when you don't use skype frequently. I filled in that recovery form twice and both times it got cancelled, I'd say its rather useless when the questions are so random.

I couldn't find the right category for my case... I hope I can get help

I am sorry for what happened. Unfortunately, you would need to wait until the Microsoft security team answer your ticket or keep trying the recovery form. Creating new tickets will not speed up the process.

I dont know if your account has been ''hacked'' but if i were i would change my password! or your email on the account!!

when you you change your password make sure its like ten digits with letters and numbers. And do not give out your live email make a secondary email all someone needs is your email to hack your account, example password 23dcd78jhk almost impossible to crack
that kind of password just don't forget it. Change all passwords the heck with it change the windows live associated with the account all together just in case

go on your email and change the password, then recover the account

this blocks access to the account as you need to enter the new password,

after you do that file a complaint against the person you say hacked you
