    Account Hacked, can’t get any help from Microsoft


    I havent used my xbox in a few months and when i went to get back on i was not able to “account has been locked”. After looking threw old emails i saw that i recieved an email saying my account pasaword will change in 30 days, and this was months ago. So microsofts online service takes me in circles, i cant get anywhere with it because i cant log in and cant do an account recover becuase it says i cant provide enough information to let them know its my account. Its crazy because i cant speak with anyone and ive tried everything they have to offer on their useless webservice. Anyone else have this issue?

    How to cancel a subscription while no longer having access to Microsoft account?

    Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

    Sorry mate I can’t find on any consoles anywhere the email related too the gamertag it got wiped out or taken off the console but most likely taken off. But I don’t know if the person that hacked it changed the email for it also. So that why I need help if there any other way too find the email address linked with hacked my Xbox account because I can’t find on the console sadly.

    Hey this is interesting when you mentioned

    I had the same issue but it was not Xbox related it was completely random.

    Situation:
    So one day, i woke up and went to my banking app, I saw 3 transactions from Paypal. So I went over to PayPal and noticed Chinese named company took 3 transactions.

    How did i get it solved:
    I went onto the help desk and explained this was not me, I did not click any buy now buttons etc. (Made loads of paragraphs trying to explain it was not me)

    Eventually, they gave me a refund. If your PayPal was connected to the bank, it will take around 3 working days if they have refunded.

    I hope you can get this sorted for yourself.

    Have you tried recovering the email, answering questions about your email etc.
    Hopefully, you can get it back from tech support team.
