    My account has been hacked and I have been logged out from all my devices.

    - The account primary address was changed to and @rambler.ru address.

    - I have my kids accounts linked to this account via Microsoft Family Safety

    - I have Microsoft Authenticator configured as 2FA for this account but did not get any notification while the account details were changed.

    - I have multiple purchases on this account and have receipts from paypal which can prove this

    - I have gone through microsoft account recovery link and have had no luck. I have provided my CC last digits as it asked but still it says insufficient proof.

    Please help me recover this account.

    Hello,

    What was showing here was the account with the domain that ends with rambler.ru, you should be using your own original email that you stated that was hacked.
