If one of the account recovery emails belongs to you, it's easy to remember your account because you'll receive a code in one of those emails.

If the situation is another your account has been hacked, you will need to use the account recovery form, but need to know your email.

If you already created another Microsoft account with the same email as the hacked Microsoft account, the hacked account will not be able to be recovered. You can try to use the recovery form but it will find your new account with the email address, not the old account. I'm really sorry about this, my friend.
