    My account was hacked and they deleted my email account , the same one I have had for 10 years! Had to create a new account and get it escalated to a ghost team to get all my info transferred in 48 to 72 hrs. It has been 144 hours and nothing, and the reason
    I call them a ghost team is they have no number, no escalation path no way to get in touch with them for any info. Customer service has no path to fix the issue or get customers relief. After 10 years and all the services I have with this company and to have
    this happen and get no answers is very discouraging. In today's world the second you say fraud all companies automatically raise red flags and help you with your services.

    Need this fixed please!

    It looks like you're headed down the right path to getting things sorted. The Escalation Team usually gets in touch with someone within a week.. In a situation like this, it looks like they need to do some background research to help get things
    sorted.

    I'm sincerely sorry to hear about any frustration this may be causing. I can definitely understand that it might not be a fun experience.

    My Home Microsoft Account was hacked on 7/7. I have spent a week with no resolution in this case. I can't use my Microsoft 365 or Xbox account. The hacker has their email associated to my Xbox even!

    I just keep getting that the case has been given to the escalation team, and there is nothing I can do but wait.

    I have a similar problem. My wife's email account was hacked. She had to create a new email account but she's still waiting for the escalation team to get in touch. She was told once the escalation team finish then my gamertag and all information for my account can be moved to the new email address. I'm unable to sign in until its resolved. They said 24 - 72hrs so hopefully soon

    If it's not possible to proceed with the account recovery webform, nothing to worry, there is still a way for you to recover your hacked account.

    You will need to contact Microsoft Xbox support as they have the tools to escalate your case to the Account Escalation Team for an account recovery.

    We do not have tools here to use for an account escalation since we are independent advisors but no worries, I will directly reroute you to Microsoft Xbox support.
