Account Hacked and no way to get in touch with escalation team in a WEEK

I have a similar problem. My wife's email account was hacked. She had to create a new email account but she's still waiting for the escalation team to get in touch. She was told once the escalation team finish then my gamertag and all information for my account can be moved to the new email address. I'm unable to sign in until its resolved. They said 24 - 72hrs so hopefully soon

It looks like you're headed down the right path to getting things sorted. The Escalation Team usually gets in touch with someone within a week.. In a situation like this, it looks like they need to do some background research to help get things
sorted.

If it's not possible to proceed with the account recovery webform, nothing to worry, there is still a way for you to recover your hacked account.

You will need to contact Microsoft Xbox support as they have the tools to escalate your case to the Account Escalation Team for an account recovery.

We do not have tools here to use for an account escalation since we are independent advisors but no worries, I will directly reroute you to Microsoft Xbox support.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear that this is still an issue. Were you ever contacted by the Escalation Team? I realize that you're very busy this week so you might not have time to get back in touch with them right now.

I had the same issue and had to create a new account and get it escalated to a ghost team to get all my info transferred in 48 to 72 hrs. It has been 144 hours and nothing, and the reason I call them a ghost team is they have no number, no escalation path
no way to get in touch with them for any info. After 10 years and all the services I have with this company and to have this happen and get no answers is very discouraging. In today's world the second you say fraud all companies automatically raise red flags
and help you with your services.

Need this fixed please!
