Since the recovery form did not help you because two factor authentication is enabled on the account, unfortunately there is nothing else you can do.

I'm really sorry about this, my friend. I would suggest you to not send the money to the hacker and just create a new account.

I know how hard it is to lose an account that you probably invested a lot of time and money on. I got my account hacked but I was online at the time, so I recovered it before the hacker was able to change anything.

The recovery form is the best solution for hacked accounts, but if the hacker is able to change the account email address and the security info, there is no way to recover it back.

You can talk to the Microsoft or Xbox official support and they will tell you the same thing. No Microsoft or Xbox employee can help users recover their accounts. They are not allowed to and have no resources to help.

Is there a way i can delete an account that was hacked that i no longer have control of and cant get back because no matter how many people i call to help and recovery forms i fill i get the same results im tired and no longer want anything to do with Microsoft stuff anymore
