    My account was hacked. They changed my email,passwords, phone number and can’t talk to support because they now require you give that information to request help. What should I do

    Microsoft Employees Get Accounts Hacked

    Misleading since they weren't hacked but socially engineered. They still lost their accounts but it wasn't a 'hack'.

    My friend gave me an MS point card a while ago. I used it, then my account was hacked and I lost everything, then it was (eventually) resolved and everything was restored, now it says they've expired. How can I get this resolved and my points restored AGAIN?
