    Account Hacked and Locked Out


    Hello,

    I was recently hacked and the attacker changed all of my account recovery information. Now, when I try to sign in with my email, Microsoft says the account doesn’t exist.

    I submitted the account recovery form, and I was informed that I am the rightful owner of the account. However, I was also told that my account cannot be returned to me.

    This account is very important to me, and I’m requesting further assistance to recover it. Is there any way to escalate this issue or verify my identity through another method?

    Ok sorry but disregard those other messages. NOBODY in these forms can find out how or why you are banned or if your account is locked!!!

    https://enforcement.xbox.com is the ONLY place you can go to to find out why your account has a ban or suspension on it.

    If you account is locked thats a different place also. Is it locked due to to many repeated tries of trying to log in? Was it locked due to an attempted hack??

    It might be your xbox account have you tried changing your password i had an issue like this and it turned out xbox live locked my account because it got hacked.

    Try contacting support. You account may have been hacked and or you gamertag was reused. If it hasn't been very long, reset your password to your account if you are locked out
