    Account Hacked and i can't get it back


    Hello,

    The other account where i had Xbox PC Pass subscription got hacked and the emails + password got changed and i can't seem to be able to change them back following the forums from Microsoft. The main issue is that when i attempt to login into the account and use the primary mail i always used it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one" and if i press get a new one and use the same email it says "The email is already a Microsoft account. If it's yours, sign in now." so it's kinda back and forth.

    The only things i want is to cancel my subscription which is impossible in the current situation on that account or to get it back so i don't have to cancel the subscription.

    I understand your dilemma and it stinks, but unfortunately support is probably dealing with things as all companies are during this epidemic. I had a rewards issue myself recently and it took them several days before they were able to get back to me.

    I am locked out from signing into my profile. I can't complete step 1.

    I have 2 step but my second email is dead and gone so I can't change it. I legitimately have a special case and need pretty much everything related to my profile reset. I have the card related to purchases and the email account associated with the account
    and thats it. Account: LethalIncognito, *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I made my account when I was 12 and haven't touched it since. I'm 22. I can't answer stupid questions like my favorite fictional character and I can't access my dead grandpas email for dual factor authentification.

    I have tried this so much, its not even funny. The xbox friends don't work and there's no quick way to get a phone call from a rep. Can you give me the best algorithm to get a phone call from a rep?

    Either way, I'd still like a phone call from an agent and this is totally not a solution. Pretty much every response I've had has been "sucks to suck" and its tiring. I want to speak to a rep.
