Account Hacked and every alternative information that could've helped has been removed???

If anyone can delete my account completely and refund anything on it that possibly can I would be very happy as the man is using my currency to buy games on there. The man got through my account from a warehouse in florida, I also wanted to ask if the cops should be involved here.

Microsoft cannot take liablity for hacked accounts. As the account holder, it is your responsibility to keep your account information safe, secure, and up to date. Microsoft does their part to protect your data, you are expected to do your part too.

Someone had enough information to access your account; Microsoft didn't given that information to anyone. It's possible one of your other online accounts was hacked, one of your devices could've been compromised by malware. Whatever happened, it's sadly too late to get the account back now.
