Account Hacked and Email Disabled

Our Microsoft account was recently hacked and fraudulent charges were made. We recocvered the account but the hacker canceled the recovery process and took full control. They removed the email and phone number associated with the account. How can
we regain access? We are unable to contact support via chat or telephone.

I tried the recovery but the havker removed our email and phone. Microsoft basically says we do not exist and create new account

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to proceed with handling your issue. I can totally understand how disheartening this situation could be for anyone. If they have changed the sign-in email, the only recourse would be
to contact customer support, as they are equipped to deal with it that.
