Account Hacked and 30 day quarantine

Basic summary. Account hacked in April. Went through the recovery then, got all my access back. Tried to change my security info, cant because of 30 day lock. Happened again in May, recovered again and back in 30 day quarantine.

When i go to the security link, it asks me if i have a code (Which i dont) and the only email address that is listed is for the "HUMAN" that hacked my account.

Anyone have any ideas? Support says microsoft has this and it will be corrected, I dont have faith that it will.

Hello again, if the 30 day is referring to automatic account quarantine because of the exchange of security information, unfortunately there is no way to speed up or modify this process.

Hello again, if you're not getting the code, you have to update your security information, but as I mentioned above, doing so will quarantine your account for 30 days.

Hello again, when the 30 days of quarantine are over, you will be able to access your account normally, by warranty I always recommend that you add more than one security information, it can be a phone number and another email.

Hello Gabrielle, if the quarantine period of 30 days has started on your account, it means that at the end of that 30 days the system will add the new security number you provided, or the email you provided and thus you will be able to receive the security code so that you can log into your account again.
