Account hacked again and again

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen.

I have created a second account here in order to be able to write with them. Our son has an xbox 360. Our Microsoft account has been hacked again and again in recent months. Despite several password changes, it always comes back to it.

Yesterday we got an email again about the password reset etc. Here is an excerpt:

Microsoft account

Your password has been changed.

Your password for the Microsoft account quot; fr ***** @ freenet.de "was changed on 25.04.2018 22:00 (GMT).

If you have done this yourself, you can ignore this email.

Security information used: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Country / Region: Morocco

Platform: Windows

Browser: Chrome

IP address: 105.142.211.140

Meanwhile, we can make almost no changes to the account because this other person takes security measures, so we can not access the account.

We are pretty upset about this. What's next? Our son would like to play at his xbox 360, but due to the constant hacking attacks of this person, he is no longer with it.

whatever- its obviously not a concern 4 xbox - cuz they refuse to do anything bout it- and pass the problem on to att-and yes i will get my own hacks since xbox refuses to help regular gamers with legitamate concerns. they seem to give the advantage to those
who hack and cannot or refuse to refute its use. the only shameful act here is the resposibilty xbox fails at tha'll be the last time i file a complaint or speak a grievance-what a waste of time -and i get called a punk-wow!

He is talking about getting DoS'ed over and over again. Not an account issue.

Threating to get your own hacks out on 1. A public forum and 2. A microsoft forum is not the best idea. Not to mention the people who want to help you out on here is gonna see your threat and kinda veer away from this thread. Just saying.

Now with your issue. What you are experiancing is called a DoS attack (Denial of Service) This is not fully microsoft's fault but you can fix it by contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and have them help you set up a new IP address. and as Hassassinade

Although your Xbox live account has not been compromised its a good idea to look at the Security guide that he posted.

If you dont beleive that enforcement action is being taken against other users then you should look at
