Account Got HACKED

Hello,

I had purchased a Xbox one console along with the account, it was part of the deal and it came with 60 games. Everything was perfect until the previous owner has changed the pass code for the account and i could not login anymore.

Please help me get the account back: The ID tag is "iHypeiViaN" account email: "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" the passcode for the account was 281794, however, he changed it not long ago and i cant login anymore. Also, i cant reset the password since he never gave the account
password, at that time i thought the passcode is the password since i am new to the xbox comunity. please help.

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

You may have purchased the console but you don't get to buy the account. The account will belong to the original creator. He would have access to the sign in email address and security info on the account.

Most likely, he's the one that changed the sign in email address and password for the account.

Since you were never the account owner, you can't recover the account.

You will recieve your money back but you weren't hacked. You were phished or socially engineered. I would call your bank and have them decline those charges.

Unfortunately you can not reset your stats back to 0. Only thing you can do is if you know the person. Is block communications with them and file a complaint.
