Hi! My Ubisoft Account got hacked and stolen, I created a new one but I can't connect the new one to my Xbox Game Pass and ubisoft did not want to give a ... about it, I wrote them that it got stolen but still no answer after 8 days. I want to play Valhalla. Please help me.

Not only that, but it is important to point out that it is not possible to unlink an Ubisoft account from your Microsoft account, the process always needs to be done in the Ubisoft linked accounts management site.

As you’re not able to do this, you may want to contact wait until Ubisoft support responds to your request to check what options you may have.

Furthermore, please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, gamertags, etc.

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?
