Hi AntwainPuryear,

First off check to see your subscription is showing on your Xbox One. This support page link on Viewing
and managing your subscriptions on Xbox One will help.

Now remove your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Perform a power cycle / reset on the console

Add your profile and sign in. If you did bot see your subscription in that first step, check again. Hopefully this will help

Ye as said log into your Microsoft account on pc or phone , got to subscriptions and check to see if it's there.

If not you will have to get in touch with Microsoft to fix it out for you . 👍🤔

And I still got charged.. but if that's the only way, what's the number? And I made sure auto renewal was off before i deleted the account off my console and still got charged.
