Account got banned appeal got denied anyway I can get it back pls

My account got permanently banned and my Xbox I made a mistake not knowing honestly it was wrong to refund things it’s on me for not reading everything on the rules etc but I’m hoping I can get it unbanned I spent to many years having this account and friends I don’t wanna loss all this over a dumb mistake I made, I did appeal but it got denied, I seem people say you only get one appeal nothing more after that they can do but like if I pay back the money can I get my account back, too much memories I have on this big part of my life, sorry if what I’m saying makes no sense I just really want my account back

Thank you appreciate ya time I had a feeling nothing much can be done at end of the day it’s my fault it just sucks my account I had since a teen is gone I don’t care about the money it’s mainly the time and all the things unlocked and friends I met during games etc again thanks for your reply appreciate it can only hope my account comes back some how hopefully

I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I am afraid to tell you that the only way to observe and resolve your prohibition situation is through the Enforcement page, since they deal with this type of cases there and prohibition requests are the only alternative for make an appeal. Support cannot help or resolve these types of cases, as they are not authorized to do so.

Keep in mind that this is a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems, this means that we are not Microsoft employees.

Hey my account and my new xbox series x got unbanned for a reason for something didnt do labeled as sending sexual and innapropriate messages? So appearantly they check your dms with your girlfriend or boyrfriend now? Submitting an appeal would be the only way to possibly fix it. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

Can y'all please unbanned me my friend had my account in his Xbox and text him stuff that would get me ban pls unbanned me
