Account got banned and I can't play my games!

April 5th my account RaG3 Logiic got banned for about a week, because I had added gamerscore to my account. I have since deleted Horizen and not modified anything since. When I got banned for a week my gamerscore was around 4500, and I only had a few achievements.
Then I logged on when I got unbanned, and my gamerscore was back to 1.6m+ gamerscore again, but I still didn't have the achievements. Then June 6th I had not hacked my account at all ever since the April ban then I get randomly permanently banned for adding
gamerscore to my account when I hadn't that time. Now with my account being permanently banned and them upholding it, I can't access any of my games or my pre-order. I had bought Friday the 13th and had White Noise 2, CoD: Black Ops 2, CoD: WaW, Zombi, and
Emily Wants to Play 2. I am hoping that Microsoft or whoever could like transfer my games' licence or something to my new account "" or somehow allow me to play them in some way. I hope I get a response soon, Thank You!

ALL accounts on my Xbox are banned

My brothers account got banned and once that happened all of the accounts on our Xbox is banned and I can't play multiplayer on my account and my other brother can't play on his account I have no active suspensions on my enforcement history, please help.

 

Recovering my account...

The other day I was console banned. I got on my brother's Xbox and recovered my account so I could play some LIVE. Now I want to recover my account back onto my banned Xbox so I can use it for single player games, but I can't because I can't connect
to Xbox LIVE. Is there any way I can recover the account back onto my banned Xbox?

You can try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com but nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you had your console set as your Home console, you would still be able to access the games on your 2nd account.

 

I already did it was upheld and since it was permanently banned I can not sign in to home + it is out of homes.

 

If the enforcement team upheld their decision then there is nothing else you can do.

 

i am malakais father Thomas r wells ive done business with you all for years im sorry for what my son did but he was already banned from xbox for what he did he was told by me to uninstall the app he was useing and has been playing fair he requested for
his achivemeny to be put back and when they did it returned the game points he had before he wasnt hacking again i tried to call so i could explain over the phone but theres no way to reach anyone on this matter. i just recently purchase a 50 dollar card so
he could purchase some games on that account and we put call of duty black opps 4 on pre order on my wifeas card i cannot get into his account to cancle the payment and im not payin g for something i cannot use i need to cacel the payment off that game it
was someones fault over there at xboxes for the 1600000 in his gameer account not my sons he had 16000 gamer points not 1600000 if you could call me at 712 621 4512 i can explaIn it better than on a computer thank you very much for your time

You should not post personal information on a public forum. You can try contacting support, but they do not handle suspensions so there is not much they can do. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and since they already
