account fruad of about 1500.00 dollars

I have about 1500.00 in unauthorized charges from a microsoft account i dont recognize i have contacted my card and they told me i needed to contact microsoft there are probable 50 differant charges ranging from 4.99 to 89.99. My problem is that mixed
in with those fruadulant charges are my own charges and i dont know how to seperate them so that i can say for sure which ones i want a refund on. I am confident someone at micosoft has the ability to tell the ones from my xbox and the ones from the other
xbox that somehow had accsess to my card info. Please help

I am very frustrated with Microsoft. I had probably 50 fraudulent charges on my debit card all coming from a different Xbox these charges are all mixed with my own xharges so it is very difficult to tell the difference on my account statement as the fraudulent
charges say the same as my own. I understand that 1500.00 isn't a lot of money to Microsoft but to me that is the difference between paying rent or buying food for my children or not. The bottom line is I should have been paying closer attention to my account
but this was my savings and I was just adding money to it saving up to buy my son a dirt bike. I was actually shopping for a bike when I realized that I had no where close to what I should have had in my account. This truly broke me and my sons heart . I need
help I dont know where to start if can't get anyone on the phone and haven't had a lot of luck with the website. Please help us.

Ok sorry this is happening. FIRST thing remove that card from your account ASAP!!! So I tried to see if the billing would give any info on where purchases were made to but it doesnt!!! Next I would try to refund all the stuff that you feel you havent ordered.
Through your account you need to check and see if its any other devices thats connected to your account that is not yours. I would remove them too.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Sorry to hear that your account might have been compromised. If you still have access to your account, i recommend going though your order history and look for suspicious transaction, you know has not been made by
you or any other person that may have access to your account.

If you actually read before you posted and did the math, you would see that I don't spend even close to 1500.00. $1500.00 would get me 7 or 8 Live subscriptions valued at 60.00 a piece. That would be 420.00 to 480.00 in subscriptions. That would pay for
a whole generatrion of Live service.

I also might eat artery clogging breakfast but besides breakfast, I probably even eat more healthy than you. I made grilled salmon last night with green beans and rice. What did you eat?
