Account from 2009 Restore

Greetings Microsoft community,

Inquiry regards as unable to access original Xbox 360 account from current email settings.

The User ID is known as chaddiexd although zero correspondence allows for such login as email must of been modified without knowledge.

Support for how to restore such previous trophy holding account is very much appreciated.

Sorry to hear that, the only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Or you can try fill this other form too https://account.live.com/acsr, in that way you're going to open a ticket with Microsoft Recovery Team.

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone because it's public and can be seen by anyone

But I also tried a account that I only had the free 1 month trial on it from 2009 and the tenure showed for that one why not this account?

Gamertags that haven't been logged into for 5 years get removed from the service. If you haven't logged in to this account since 2009, it probably doesn't exist anymore.

ohh yeah forgot this forum died, from 2005 to 2009 this forum was awesome, ironically thats(2009-2010) the same time MS dropped its first party and started the Kinect shat
