Account for MS Solitaire, Jigsaw, etc.

Hi folks, sure hope you can help me. Every once in a while as I try to bring up a Solitaire game or other games there, it asks me to sign in "because of sensitive information" and lists my account as "@outlook.com", which it's never been. I am at "att.net".
If it's going to do this. then how can I get the correct address to come up? It's an exercise in frustration because sometimes when I go to "switch account" it won't let me put that as an option - only comes up infrequently.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi there,

Have you checked the account that is signed into your computer - click the windows icon in the lower left, and then go to
Settings and Accounts check the information for your account is accurate, and that you're not signing in with a local account.

Further correction: I find I can sign into MS Jigsaw, Mahjong, and Taptiles OK. It is just Solitaire and the main Xbox account which won't let me in. The latter is particularly curious, since Jigsaw etc are accepting the same username and password...

Can sign into Xbox and solitaire etc but not jigsaw

Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.

I can't sign into MS Jigsaw or MS Mahjong. I am signed into Solitaire Collection and xbox.com. However, I keep getting error that it can't sign me in. I have spent way too much time on support chat or phone with no resolution. I don't seem to be the
only one having this problem. Tech support could tell me it wasn't my computer (SurfacePro4), or my MS account. It's the app.
