account error and point transfer request

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer Credits between accounts. At the current time, we must await a solution from the team working on this issue in order to resolve your deposit error. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Outside of requesting a refund if something digital was purchased in error, there is currently not a mechanism in place to sell / transfer licenses to another account.

Okay, next question. I want to transfer some money to the account of my son. I've transferred some, but now if I want to transfer some more I get an error message??

Then I made a purchase request from my sons account, but when I try to approve it, I also get an error message???

there is no way to transfer ms points

btw sharing accounts is not allowed

games on the hd is not transferable

because the credit card linked to a membership all you need to do is call xbox support

turn off autorenewal and request that xbox support remove the creditcard but those 50dollars of ms points and prepaid time is now lost

because the prepaid token will only be issued to the email connected to the account



this is why it is suggested never share account info ever



also accounts and DLC cannot be sold
